1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
1 cup chocolate flavored drink mix
3/4 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Store in an airtight container. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
To make cappuccino: put 2 tbsp mix in bottom of a coffee mug. Pour 6 oz boiling water over it and stir until smooth. Optional garnish: Shaved chocolate and whipped cream.
