2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine the paprika, salt, sugar, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and mix well with a small whisk. Yields 3 tbsp, enough for Grilled Beer Can Chicken
