1/2 cup hot pepper sauce chile and lime hot sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp ground chili powder
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 lbs jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined, tails left on
Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Combine hot sauce, oil, chili powder and garlic; mix well. Arrange shrimp on skewers. Baste with oil mixture. Grill shrimp over medium direct heat for 8 minutes. until shrimp turn pink, turning once. Serve with salsa if desired. Servings: 12
