Shelly's Recipe

IRISH CRAB DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

1/4 lb butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp mayonnaise
8 oz cooked crab meat
1 small red onion, finely minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp whiskey
1 tsp minced dill, plus extra for garnish

Mix ingredients in a small bowl; chill for 2 hours. Serve over thin slices of cucumber or water crackers. Garnish with dill.
