1 (8 oz) pkg uncooked noodles, cooked al dente
1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese and sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot pepper sauce or cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 (16 oz) can salmon or 2 (6 1/2 oz) cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese and additional for top

Preheat oven to 325. Mix cooked noodles with remaining ingredients. Place in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered 20-25 minutes. Serves 4-6
