3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Dash of salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
In a saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate with milk and salt. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into a buttered foil-lined pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares. Makes about 2 lbs.
