Crust
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg

Filling:
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup toffee bits and chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine crust ingredients until crumbly and press into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Filling: In a bowl combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Stir in toffee bits and nuts. Pour filling over warm base.
