Makes 20 servings.

1 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Line a 9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt butter and sugar, stirring constantly; heat to boiling.
Boil for 6 minutes or until golden-colored, stirring constantly.
Pour into pan; let cool for 3 minutes or until top begins to firm.
Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips over candy. Let stand for 5 minutes or until chips are softened; spread over surface.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts over chocolate; pressing down slightly.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
Invert candy onto tray lined with parchment paper.
Microwave remaining chocolate chips in a small bowl for 1 minute.
Stir after 20 seconds, and continuing to cook and stir until smooth.
Remove any excess moisture from candy surface; spread chocolate over candy.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts and press down slightly.
Refrigerate until firm; break into bite-size pieces.
