2 cup sugar
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
2 cup baking mix
1/2 cup raisins; (opt)
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs; beaten
2 tbsp cinnamon
Frosting
1 (3 oz) cream cheese; softened
1/3 cup butter
2 cup confectioners sugar; sifted
1 tbsp milk and vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Grease Jelly roll pan. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs on medium speed in mixer for 1 minute. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon and raisins. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes. Cool, frost, and cut into bars.

Cream cheese frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until creamy. Stir in powdered sugar.
