1 pkg (3.5 oz) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup halved kalamata olives
1/2 cup chopped red onions
2 tbsp minced mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/2 cup GOOD SEASONS Light Greek Vinaigrette with Oregano and ATHENOS Feta Reduced Fat Dressing
MIX all ingredients until well blended. Serve with pita chips.
