1 thick slice Hawaiian sweet bread
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/8 cups Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses
1 slice fresh tomato
3 slivers green onion
1 tsp chopped macadamia nut
1 tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce

Lightly toast bread on both sides. Spread mayonnaise, cover with both cheeses and but under broiler until melted but not browned. Add tomato slice and sauce and return to broiler until browned. Garnish with nuts and green onions.
