4-5 lbs pork roast
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup wine or 2-3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

Place roast in slow-cooker. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cook on low for 10 hours. Turn every 3 hours.
