BACON CHEESE SOUFFLE

10 slices bread, white
8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
4 eggs
2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 lb bacon, chopped and cooked
1 medium onion, chopped fine or grated
1/2 cup green onion, chopped

Remove crusts from bread and cut bread into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended. Pour into greased, oblong baking dish. Bake at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8.

Note: Can refrigerate overnight and bake the following day.
