1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1 2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp almond extract
Slivered almonds (1/4-1/2 cup)
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and bananas. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Alternate dry ingredients and sour to mixture. Add flavoring. Beat well. Pour into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Top with slivered almonds. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
