20 frozen dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil

Cut each roll into fourths. Place in a large bowl and toss with cheese, onion, olive oil and spices until well combined. Place in a sprayed 9 x 9 inch square baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350 30-40 minutes. Cover with foil last 10 minutes, if needed, to prevent over browning.
