1 (15 1/2 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (6 1/2 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 cup black olives, pitted, drained and sliced
2 bunches romaine, torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup sliced salami
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Garlic dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp tarragon vinegar
1/4 tsp mustard and Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
Dash pepper
Combine salad ingredients except salami and cheeses in a bowl. Mix together dressing ingredients thoroughly and pour over salad; tossing well. Arrange salami on salad and sprinkle with both cheese. NOTE: Cooked pasta or tortellini added to salad is good.
