Garlic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch dried tarragon
- 1 pinch dried dill
- 1 pinch dried marjoram
- 1 pinch dried basil
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Combine the vinegar, garlic, black pepper, Dijon, and herbs in a bowl. Mix in the oil with a whisk until blended. Serve the vinaigrette immediately or refrigerate until serving time (whisk again before serving).
