1 (16 oz) pkg cheese-filled tortellini, cooked al dente
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper and small red onion, julienned
1/2 cup sliced black olives and feta cheese
1 boneless chicken breast half, cooked and sliced into thin strips
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp grated lemon zest, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp ground walnuts
1 tbsp honey

Refrigerate cooked tortellini until chilled. Prepare dressing by whisking together olive oil, zest, juice, walnuts and honey. Refrigerate until chilled.

In a salad bowl, combine pasta, pepper, onion olives and chicken. Add dressing and feta cheese. Toss and serve. Serves 6
