2-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp amaretto liqueur
2 tsp almond extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 375. Combine four, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs, amaretto and extract. Reduce speed to low; beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut and almonds. Drop dough by heaping measuring spoons on large, ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden around edges. Makes about 4 dozen.
