4 1/2 cups sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
3 5 oz plain Hershey bars
1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
18oz jar marshmallow creme
1 cup walnuts or Brazil nuts

Bring sugar and milk to boiling point. After mixture comes to a boil, cook over medium heat (exactly 4 1/2 Min) stirring occasionally.

Break chocolate bars into small pieces and mix with chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, and salt in a large bowl. Pour hot sugar/milk mixture over chocolate one half at a time; mixing well after each. Let stand until it starts to cool.

Then add vanilla and nuts and beat until fudge loses its glossy look. Pour into buttered cookie sheet. When it sets up, cut into small squares. Very creamy. Does not harden.
