1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped green onion or chives
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
Combine yogurt, cottage cheese, garlic salt and pepper in food processor or blender. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Chill several hours. Serve with vegetable dippers, crackers or toasted pita bread wedges. Serves 6
