1 (12 oz) pkg jumbo shells, cooked al dente
1 lb ground beef and pork
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb chopped mushrooms
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
3/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder and black pepper
3 cups marinara sauce
Grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350. While pasta is cooking, brown meat with onions and mushrooms; drain and put into a large bowl, along with next 7 ingredients. Fill each shell with about 2 tbsp filling. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Place filled shells in prepared baking dish and cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 10-12
