2 medium-sized yellow squash and zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips.
3 tbsp refrigerated pesto
Salt and pepper, to taste

Grill vegetables, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until tender. Toss hot vegetables with pesto. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve. Serves 4
