1 (5-lb.) bag red potatoes
1 stick butter
1 pkg onion soup mix
1/3 cup water
1 T. Cajun seasoning
2 to 3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Cut up enough unpeeled potatoes to fill a 9 by 13x9 inch baking dish. In saucepan, melt butter and stir in Lipton onion soup
mix, water and Tony Chachere's seasoning. Pour over potatoes. Bake, covered, at 400 for 45 minutes (or at 350 for 1 hour). Uncover and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Reheat until cheese melts.
