4 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cans cream of mushroom and celery soups
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Dash nutmeg
2 (2.8 oz) can French fried onions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 2 quart casserole with cooking spray. Beat together the cream cheese and soup. Stir in bacon and spinach until well combined. Fold in 1 can of onions and seasonings. Pour into shallow casserole dish. Bake 30-45 minutes or until bubbly. Top with remaining can of onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
