FILLETS WITH CREAM SAUCE

Category: Steaks - Beef

4 (4 oz) beef fillets, 1 inch thick
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp flour
2 tsp snipped fresh thyme
1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce

Brown steaks in butter in skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness; remove from skillet and keep warm.

Blend next 4 ingredients in the same skillet and stir in steak sauce. Cover and stir over medium-high heat until bubbly; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Serve over steaks. Serves 4
