2 lbs white fish fillets, like cod, sole, orange roughy, or turbot
2 green peppers and onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
Dash pepper

Cut fillets into 6 portions. Cut 6 pieces of heavy-duty foil 12x12 inches each. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place each fillet portion in foil and top with sliced vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients and pour sauce over fillets. Bring the foil up over the fillets and close all edges with tight double folds. Makes 6 packages. Place packages on grilled about 5 inches from coals. Grill 45 minutes or until fillets flake easily when tested. Serves 6
