1 can condensed cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
3 1/3 cups water
1 1/4 cups uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 cup silvered almond
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
Mix soup, water, rice, almonds and thyme in 2-qt. casserole. Cover. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until rice is done. Stir. (Risotto will absorb liquid as it stands.) Serves: 4
