1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
4-5 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
Whipped cream

Stir together the brown sugar and butter. Spread evenly in the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Arrange peach slices atop brown sugar mixture. Prepare cake mix according to pkg directions. Slowly pour batter over peaches.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat together remaining ingredients and spoon evenly on top of batter. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and loosen edges. Carefully invert cake onto serving tray, let cool 30 more minutes before serving. Serve warm with whipped cream.
