1 roll smoky cheese spread
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans and fresh chopped parsley
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, microwave smoky cheese at high for 1 minute. Add cream cheese. Microwave on high 1 - 1 1/2 minutes more. Add worcestershire sauce and blend mixture well. Stir in shredded cheese. Mixture should remain gold flecked. Chill cheese mixture 15-30 minutes in freezer until you can form it into a ball. Roll in parsley, then nuts. Chill to set. Serve with crackers.
