2 cups shredded smoked Gouda or smoked Cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 or 3 tsp milk
2 tbsp A-1 steak sauce
Crushed walnuts to coat cheese ball
Ritz crackers

Let ingredients sit until they reach room temperature. Combine all ingredients except walnuts and crackers. Refrigerate until firm. Form ball with mixture. Roll in crushed walnuts. Return to refrigerator. Serve at room temperature with Ritz crackers.
