GARLIC CHEESE LOGS

2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt and hot sauce
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder

Combine first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl until creamy. Gradually add cheddar cheese, mixing until blended. Divide mixture in half and shape each portion into a log. Combine paprika and chili powder and roll log into mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours. Thinly slice and serve with crackers. Makes 2 logs
