4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 300. Combine 4 tbsp white sugar with 1 tbsp cinnamon. Set aside. Blend brown sugar and white sugar in a large bowl. Add butter and blend on medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, and blend on low speed. Add vanilla; mix until light and fluffy. Whisk flour in a separate bowl with baking soda and salt. Add sugar mixture to flour mixture and blend on low speed just until combined. Roll dough into 1” balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 16 to 18 minutes until lightly browned. Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
