25 small green chilies
1 cup cheddar, grated
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz cream cheese
crushed corn flakes

Cut chilies in half lengthwise and discard seeds and veins. Mix cheeses and mayonnaise. Stuff chilies with mixture, roll each in egg and roll in corn flakes. On a cook sheet, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
