8 medium red potatoes, cubed with skins on
1/4 cup chopped parsley and green onion tops
1 cup chopped celery
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red pepper and diced pimento
1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
2 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream

Boil potatoes until tender. Let potatoes cool just to the touch. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add potatoes and toss gently. Serve at room temperature.
