4 lbs. pork loin back ribs, cut into 6-8 inch sections
2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp pepper seasoned salt
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup current or grape jelly
2 tsp dry mustard

Heat oven to 32 Place ribs in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Brush ribs with liquid smoke, sprinkle with peppered seasoned salt. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and heat over low heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Remove ribs from oven. Uncover, drain and discard liquid. Brush ribs well with sauce mixture. Return to oven, bake an additional 30 minutes, brushing frequently with the sauce.
