Low Carb French Silk Pie

***Crust***
- 2 cups shelled raw pecans or almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons artificial sweetener
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons water
***Pie Filling***
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup artificial sweetener
For the crust, put pecans and salt in processor in a food processor or blender. Pulse until pecans are chopped to a medium consistency. Add sweetener, and butter; pulse again until well blended. Add water, pulse again, until well combined. Spray a 10" pie plate with non-stick spray, or grease it well, turn the pecan mixture into it, and press firmly into place, all over bottom, and up the sides by in inch and a half. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 18 minutes. Cool. Mix the filling ingredients until smooth, and place into cooled crust. Refrigerate until chilled.
