  • 1 cup fresh arugula, packed
  • 1 cup fresh basil, packed
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan-Romano cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Place all ingredients but the olive oil in a food processor and pulse until chopped.

Pour the olive oil through feed tube while processing until creamy.
