Rub - Chicken Velveting Tenderizer

1Lb chicken breast (strips, pieces or chunks)
1 1/2 tsp baking soda


1. Place chicken in a bowl and sprinkle with baking soda. Toss to coat evenly as possible.
2. Marinade for 30 minutes in fridge.
3. Rinse well in colander to remove baking soda.
4. Shake off and dry excess water.
5. Ready to use in your chicken recipe.
