Cakes - Sour Cream

CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 (8oz) sour cream
1 cup water

Filling
2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp butter
2 egg yolks
1 (8oz) sour cream
1 small can crushed pineapple; Drained
1 small can coconut
cornstarch to thicken


1. Beat cake ingredients according to directions on box and bake in (2) 9" pans.
2. Mix all filling ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Thicken with corn starch. It has to be pretty thick.
3. Let cool until almost cold then spread on layers, top and sides of cake.
