Chops - Easy Fried With Gravy

4 pork chops
salt and pepper, to taste
cayenne pepper
garlic powder
2 packets brown gravy mix
1 cup flour
5 mushrooms
onion powder


1. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper both sides of all meat. Flavor the flour with seasonings to your tastes.
2. Dredge the pork chops in the flour and then put them in the hot grease. Fry until medium brown. Remove from grease and put into a baking dish.
3. Make gravy as directed and pour over the chops. Cut up mushrooms and scatter through the gravy. Pour into the baking dish.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes (covered with aluminum foil).
