Frosting - Butter I

2 1/2 Tbsp butter, softened
1 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 1/2 Tbsp cream
3/4 tsp vanilla extract


1. Blend butter and sugar together.
2. Stir in cream and vanilla until smooth.

***NOTE: You can separate amounts of icing in bowls, color with food coloring, and you can then thin it with extra cream if it becomes too stiff.
