2 lg. baking potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp butter, melted and mixed with 1 tsp. dried basil and 1/4 tsp salt

1. Arrange potatoes on a foil lined cookie sheet; brush with oil. Broil 4 inches from heat 10 minutes.
2. Brush with butter mixture. Broil 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned and tender.
