1 (6 oz) box long grain wild rice with seasonings
1 (13.5 oz) package smoked sausage, cut into ½” sliced, halved
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
½ cup green pepper, diced
½ cup onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp olive oil


1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
2. In a skillet, sauté sausage, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, garlic and pepper flakes in oil until tender.
3. Combine prepared rice with sausage mixture and serve.
