1 (16 oz) box radiatore pasta
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 (14.5 oz) chicken broth
5 tbsp butter
½ cup Romano cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Cook Radiatore according to package directions.
2. Preheat large sauté pan or pot over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
3. Add garlic and basil. Cook over medium heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Add hot pasta to pot and mix well. Blend in butter and Romano cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
