1 lb package extra crispy frozen French fries
2 tsp fine salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Vinegar, white, malt or cider, for sprinkling


1. On a cookie sheet, cook French fries according to package directions.
2. Combine salt and cayenne pepper.
3. Remove fries and toss with spicy salt, seasoning to your taste. Sprinkle with vinegar and serve immediately.
