8 hard boiled eggs, peeled, chopped
2 oz (1/4 cup) cream cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup sour cream
2 tsp sweet pickle juice
1 tsp prepared mustard (1 more tsp if needed to taste)
½ tsp ground dry mustard
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
1. Peel and chop the hard boiled eggs.
2. Put the cream cheese in a small bowl and microwave approx 15 seconds on high to soften. If it can be easily stirred with a fork, add the sour cream and mayonnaise and mix well. If the cream cheese is still too solid, give it another 5 seconds before adding other ingredients.
3. Stir in the onion powder, pepper, mustard and garlic salt. Add the cream cheese mixture to the bowl with the eggs and stir it all up.
4. Chill until ready to serve.
