5 lbs potatoes (peel or unpeel), cubed and boiled or 1 box of pasta instead potatoes
6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and diced
½ cup celery, chopped (optional)
1 whole medium sweet onion, chopped
½ cup sweet pickle relish
½ cup dill pickles, diced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt & pepper each
2 tsp sugar (SECRET INGREDIENT)
3 tsp mustard
2 cups mayonnaise (more if needed)


1. *Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until done. Cool, Peel and dice eggs and add to potato cubes. Toss potatoes and eggs together. Add celery and onion; Toss all the above together.
2. Add sweet pickle relish and diced dill pickle to the above mix and toss together
3. Add onion powder, garlic powder, dill weed, parsley flakes, salt, pepper & sugar (SECRET INGREDIENT). Add mustard and mayonnaise and stir. If needed, you can add more mayo or mustard to your liking.
4. Chill and serve
* Pasta can be substituted for potatoes. Everything else remains the same.
