2 cups milk
1 2/3 cups hot water
3tbsp butter
1 box Tuna Helper creamy pasta
2 medium carrots cut into 1/8” slices (1 cup)
2 cans (5oz) tuna, drained
1 cup Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained
1 jar (4.5oz) sliced mushrooms, drained



1. In 12” skillet, heat milk, hot water, butter, contents of uncooked pasta and sauce mix pouches (from Tuna Helper box), carrots and tuna to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Reduce heat. Cover, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Stir in broccoli and mushrooms. Cover, simmer about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Remove from heat; let stand covered 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
