2 lbs pork chops
1 medium onion, quartered
1 handful of carrots, cut to your pref.
3/4 cup cold water
2 tsp corn starch
½ cup soy sauce
2-3 tbsp Szechuan sauce (bottle or packet)
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
¼ cup vegetable oil


1.In a medium bowl, mix together the water, corn starch, soy sauce, Szechuan sauce, sugar, pepper and oil. Set aside, stirring occasionally.
2.In a medium baking pan (sprayed with pam) place chops in a single layer. Place quartered onion and carrots on top of pork chops. Salt and Pepper to your taste. Pour sauce mixture over chops.
3.Cover with foil, and bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours. Turning pork chops once half way through.
